I have spent more than 20 years in the salon industry.

I’ve owned salons, had hundreds of teammates under my care. I’ve worked with dozens of teams across the country. And unfortunately, I’ve watched incredible potential get crushed under poor leadership, bad EQ skills, and toxic shop culture.

I’ve lived through it myself- wanted to give up- call it quits; I have lost everything and had to rebuild with healthy culture systems; I have questioned my self-worth and my purpose and felt like a failure more times than I care to admit.
